HYIPs and Forex: What to avoid

How Forex Can Be an alternative.
Typically a HYIP is any investment offer that promises unrealistic, undeliverable returns. The basic principle is simple and general: it is impossible to deliver the returns promised by a HYIP manager on a consistent basis, and any consistency is the result of illegitimate practices, and fake profits. Avoiding a HYIP is mostly a matter of self-discipline: unless you inculcate in your mind an attitude that prevents you from being a part of extravagant and incredible investment schemes which will divest you of all or most of your funds in no time, not even the best forex broker in the world will be satisfying enough to distract you from the fraudsters alluring claims.

So let’s take a look at what a HYIP is, how you can take identify it, and a few simple ways of defending yourself against it.

HYIPs are created all the time online and elsewhere. The people behind these schemes rarely care about realism or credibility. They are aiming at one of two things: one is stealing as much of your investment as quickly as possible, the other is receiving as much commissions and fees for their services before their investment decisions are shown to be wrong and deleterious for clients. HYIPs can only be profitable for a short period of time, if at all, and only with very small amounts of client capital. Even in the extremely unlikely case that there is a genuine investment strategy involved in trading decisions, the logistics of trading and the marketplace mean that as the client base gets larger, profit margins and sizes get smaller. But even without that fact, it is nigh-on-impossible to deliver the kind of returns that HYIP-masters claim on a consistent basis. If a HYIP manager were totally honest, he would have to take such high risks at all times that the destruction of the accounts traded by him is a certainty.

The best way of avoiding a HYIP is making your own investment decisions yourself, and not taking investment choices on rumors, or claims, and justifications made by others. Make sure that you have enough common sense to demand proofs for whatever unbelievable claim the fraudster is making. If you don’t understand what he’s saying, discard him, because you should not trust something you do not grasp. If you understand what he says, well, then the case should be self-evident, and there is be no point in committing a penny to a fraudster anyway. Open a forex demo trading account, practice your skills, and deepen your education. That’s the one and only way of success in forex, and all the other ways only lead to disappointment and failure.

As always, please do your own research. Also, please tune in for my review on Infinitiva soon.

Happy New Year! A New Hyip Year!

Hyip Critic Wishes You A Happy New Year

Happy New Year everyone! I hope you enjoyed it, and hopefully managed to make some money online from hyip in the year 2009! It is now officially 2010, and what this means is a new beginning in the hyip world. Admins will start making programs, for the long term hopefully, as the Christmas Scam Season is now officially over!

We can never forget the legit hyip sites like Geniusfunds, and Infinitiva though, and they potentially could become some of the most respected sites in hyip, if not already. Remember, though from my previous articles you still have to beware and weary of fast scammers, or in most cases now, professional scammers.

Well anyways, I hope you have a great New Year, and will post more hyip reviews soon!
