5 Ways to prevent yourself from Hyip Scams
Hyip Scams Lose you Money
Making money online is getting harder everyday, especially with hyip programs that scam before the first cycle. As an experienced observer of these programs, we have to make decisions which programs are worth investing in. Hyip programs, are sometimes the hardest to forecast their longevity today, because this is the 'Scam' season, as some know of it. Being an investor this last month of 2009, I have seen so many hyip programs fail, in under a week, and not even one cycle for members to profit! However, I have found some ways for you too maximize your earnings from hyips and finally make a profit!
1. Don't join short-term hyip scams.
Never ever join websites that higher percent a day then 110%. What this means is if you find hyip programs, which offer you 900% in 10 minutes, you should now that they are a scam and you should never invest! This is because this is impossible for them to sustain these rates, and even 110% a day sites last very short. A good example of a hyip program you should not invest is http://bigger-cash.com. As you see they offer 950% After 50 Mins, and is obviously a scam.
2. Join long-term hyips.
Try joining hyip programs that are for the long term. What this means is try finding programs, which are designed to make you money online sustainably. For example, a great site that pays a decent amount every day is Geniusfunds (Review) , which pays up to 1.1% to 1.9% every trading day, and 6%-9% a week. They have been paying for over a year, and the reason why is because they are able to sustain and make a profit with your investments.
3. Watch and monitor your site's plans.
Exert great caution when dealing with hyip programs that offer a new plan, in the middle of their existence. What this means if they offer for example, 140% after 10 days, as their only plan, and a week later, they create a plan that you can make 120% after 4 days., you should take the program with extreme caution. This is because programs usually create new plans is because their cash flow is dwindling, and are trying to entice investors to invest more into the program. This usually leads to the collapse of the program in days, so I advise you to withdraw as much of your principal you can.
4. Do research before joining any hyip!
I think this is some common sense here, but just in case, I might have saved you some cash! Research is probably one of the most vital parts of finding a quality hyip site. Use free resources to help you such as whois.com, which provides general info about the domain. Use this to your advantage to find programs connected to scamming admins. Also, you can use my hyip review blog as some info before joining programs, as I only list quality and paying hyips.
You can also visit some great hyip forums that are a great resource to find new hyip programs, but beware of the scams too, as anyone can post info on them.
Talkgold.com
Moneymakergroup.com
Dreamteammoney.com
MoneyShareForum.com
5. Quality sites are professional.
This last piece of advise I will give you can also weed out some of the potential scams, but it is subjective to your discretion. If you see a site, that has a very amateur design, a design either ripped from another site, or someone who designed it in Microsoft paint, you should watch out for a potential scam. Why? Because sites like these cannot invest in a good designer, so how are they going get the money to pay you! Also, always research again, if the site is hosted on a free-host, and whether it is a sub-domain, as again, if they cannot afford these essential features of any site, they do not deserve your investment!
One last piece of advice of a professional site is that checking if they invested into your security and privacy. Examples of features include SSL encryption (https://), anti-DDOS, and a quality host. Please beware, that there are professional scammers too, ones that know what hyip investors want, and scam before first cycle! But, I guess that will be for us to decide!
Until then, I hope you have a prosperous Christmas Break, and happy earnings in the New Year!

Nice info....
So this website earnmine.com probably is a scam? a few days ago some investors professed they are paying, but i suspect some of these monitors are compromised with these hyip's. and a few days later it shown a really funny interest rate of 151% of test plan. So most probably my money is gone right now?
Thanks for replies. FYI, I think earnmine.com is a scam. As some more advice, please do no join ANY new hyip that promises over 110% a day, and do not have good post from real members in the forums.
I think you should take out geniusfunds from this article.
