Sure we can file disputes to HYIP programs that doesn't pay. But what if that program is a scam and decided to leave the site and the program itself before you can even file a dispute?
And if ever you have to file a dispute, isn't it that AlertPay also requires confirmation to the website that you have paid to? What if that website did not agree on the dispute?
Hi, yes if it scams in the first place, the account might have already been empty. You already provide confirmation by posting your transaction code on the page.
Nice tutorial, thanks.
So far I made two disputes already, first for Hugmoney and second to recently problematic site, Wealthyfunds.
I know that Alertpay says that it will takes up to 30 days for every process, but up til now I haven't had any success yet with Alertpay dispute.
Hi, thanks for your comment. Sometimes, the account has no money, so you will be out of luck. It is best to file as soon as possible, as other people will be filing refunds, and you could be the last where there is no money left.
Thanks for your answer, now I know why :)
Sure I'll follow your suggestion in my next dispute (hope I won't get scammed again though)
actually if your deposit was made MORE than 30 days ago, alertpay won't even bother trying to recover funds, so alertpay is as useless as LR for long term hyip scams. keep that in mind when investing ;)
what is the reference number that i will input
The main problem is that new investor does not make the investment decision in right HYIP as like me.Maximum HYIP monitor shows there record that Brandaily.com is paying but it may be scam.withing octobor 2011 is it possible to recover money if any body has dispute?
